| In the last decade we have witnessed dramatic change in running software development projects. Need for fast delivering solutions to customers led to replacing huge projects managed by few experienced project managers developed in waterfall approach and duration of several years, by big number of small projects managed by few experienced and number of young project managers developed in parallel incrementally with duration of just few months.
To support this huge number of newcomers into project and risk management we have tried to give an answer to questions like: “What are obstacles and classic mistakes for newcomers when it comes to putting Risk management in action?”, “Why is it so?”, “How can we, as experienced project managers, help?” and “Where to focus our efforts?” |
