After studies at Czech technical University he worked as the Head of Training centre of Zenitcentrum. In 1990 he joined Autodesk as Director for Eastern Europe. In later years he consulted several companies in management and processes (Altron, Chemopetrol). In 1198 he became Head of IT Tesco Czech and Slovak, later added Hungary to his responsibility. He met ITIL and Prince2 here the first time. In Czech telecom he led implementation of Service management, Service Desk and ITIL for support of all levels of government users (project e-Government). From 2004 he led program portfolio of 100 millions Euros, later as Head of Solutions Support was accountable for support of 300+ applications and team of 170. Today he manages international team throughout Europe, is member of European Senior Management Team and leads Support Services. His portfolio amongst other contains of Internal projects, Quality, Processes, Risk and PSO. |
